Yes — every project gets a written scope so you know what's included before work starts.
How do I know if I need siding repair or full replacement?▸
It depends on the extent of the damage. A few damaged panels or a small area of rot is usually a repair. Widespread warping, cracking, or moisture damage throughout usually points to full replacement. We'll give you a straight answer after inspecting it.
Should I choose vinyl or fiber cement siding?▸
Vinyl costs less upfront and needs little maintenance, but fiber cement is more durable and holds up better to impact and fire. Which makes sense depends on your budget and priorities.
How long does siding installation take?▸
